Balloting shall be done and conducted only during the November business meeting and the results shall be announced at the end of the meeting SECTION II: Special elections may be held at any general CTF meeting with a majority of CTF members present, to fill unscheduled vacancies. The newly elected officer will only serve through the remaining term of the officer being replaced. SECTION III: NOMINATION OF OFFICERS A. Nominations shall be held during the October general meeting. Additional nominations may be submitted just prior to election at the November meeting. B. A nominee must be an active member and in good standing with CTF. SECTION IV: Installation of officers shall be conducted at the December CTF meeting. New CTF officers shall assume their duties beginning January 1. Their term of office will run for twenty-four (24) calendar months. |
Amendments to the by-laws must be presented to the general membership and discussed at three (3) separate meetings. Each member will be given a copy of the by-laws with all proposed changes prior to a final vote. A majority of the total membership is required to amend the by-laws with a new or revised amendment. |
in addition to the logo, shall not be unauthorized for use on any articles without written permission of CTF. SECTION II: The CTF name and logo shall at all times be used and displayed in a professional manner. It will be the responsibility of each member to maintain that professional manner and appearance when representing CTF to the public in general. SECTION III: Members will purchase all CTF articles through CTF. SECTION IV: The official CTF colors designation will be black and orange. SECTION V: It is encouraged that CTF vehicles either display the standard aluminum CTF plaque on the vehicles front, rear or interior, in a manner complimenting the vehicle. An acceptable alternative would include displaying the CTF window decal in an easily visible manner. SECTION VI: All properties including awards, letters of commendation, banners, fixtures won or donated to the CTF will be maintained at a central location to be designated by CTF. |
